At the Sunnegg, we always dedicate our cuisine to creative culinary themes throughout the year. Besides the special weeks, our restaurant menu changes monthly, this means, that we cook according to the seasons and, of course, with regional ingredients: in summer, our creations are based on mushrooms and fresh vegetables from the garden, while spring is devoted to asparagus and herbs. In autumn, the kitchen team creates tasty wild game and Törggelen meals, and in winter the pleasure in your plate comes from our pantry with home-grown and regional products. Anytime you stop by, very special delicacies await you. In addition, the Sunnegg is the perfect place for your event - with a beautiful lounge and cosy guest garden.
Summer at “Südtiroler Gasthaus”
Summer is full of colour, and this year's motto of the Südtiroler Gasthaus group is bringing this to the plate with light vegetarian summer dishes. The culinary weeks focus on healthy enjoyment and thus transform the summer lifestyle into culinary delights. Enjoy vegetarian delicacies prepared from South Tyrolean products fresh from the garden, ranging from various green vegetables and herbs. From Friday 24 June to Sunday 31 July, we welcome you in our inns.
Isarco Valley’s special week

I sing yours, you sing mine
Where someone sings, there let yourself go. A music evening for young and old - with very special guests. According to the concept "Sing my song" South Tyrolean artists sing and play songs of their musician colleagues. The host Alex has created this collaboration with Patrick Strobl of the band Mainfelt.
Ox dinner during the ox week
An evening under the sign of the ox. According to the motto: From nose to tail - all what the animal offers, it will be used in the kitchen. Various small courses are served as tastings, with a buffet at the beginning of the meal.
Chestnuts week
From appetizers to desserts - during the chestnut week, the menu is dominated by the spiky autumn fruits. Alexander and his kitchen team will spoil you with specialties around the chestnut.
