Since 2014 we have been members of the association “Südtiroler Gasthaus” that chooses restaurants and hotels according to strict quality check by an independent jury. In times of allergies, intolerances, incompatibilities it is indispensable to choose regional and local products with a distinct traceability.
Alexander and his team in the kitchen and the busy hands in the service team leave nothing to be desired.
The crackle of wood in the stoves in the wintertime and our 100 year-old pear tree in the summertime make you feel at ease. All this and our cuisine is simply/special. Your four-legged companion is very welcome in our wooden living rooms, too.
